And honestly, the Wi-Fi was solid throughout, which matters more than people admit when you’re trying to get work done or just stay connected.

Being in Belconnen actually works better than you might think. I know it’s not the flashy city center, but there’s something nice about being in a spot where locals actually live and work. You’ve got proper shops nearby, decent coffee places that aren’t tourist traps, and the whole area has this lived-in feel that I found pretty relaxing. Plus – and this is huge – parking isn’t the nightmare it can be elsewhere. The whole setup feels more sustainable for longer stays, where you want to settle in rather than just crash between sightseeing sessions. It’s not going to win any glamour awards, but if you’re looking for a place that feels like home base rather than just accommodation, CityStyle delivers on that promise without a lot of fuss or pretense.

  The apartment was in a great location to the attractions we wanted to visit. There is everything you need within 2 blocks of the apartment. Parking is secure. Beds comfy and heating was great for winter weather. Was also super helpful having the washing machine and a couple of powders provided.
  
  What could be improved: There was mould on the bathroom roof and the roof above the blinds. There was someone’s pjs left on the back of the bathroom door, the shower floods the bathroom.

  What could be improved: There is not enough kitchen cutlery ( 1 t spoon etc ) and the coffee and sugar supply was insufficient for my stay.

  the location was great for our purpose of being close to Canberra University. Paid the extra for underground parking which made everything easier. Lovely apartment with comfy beds and good facilities. Will definitely return.
