You’re literally minutes from Parliament House and the major cultural institutions, but it doesn’t feel touristy or crowded. The free private parking on-site is honestly a game-changer — anyone who’s tried to find parking in central Canberra will tell you this alone is worth its weight in gold. Plus, if you’re planning day trips around the ACT, having your car right there makes everything so much easier.

Amenities That Actually Matter

The building’s pool and gym facilities are exactly what you’d hope for — clean, well-maintained, and not overcrowded. I actually used both during my stay, and the pool area has this nice, relaxed vibe where you can properly unwind after a day of sightseeing. The gym isn’t huge, but it’s got everything you need for a decent workout. What I appreciated most was that everything felt well-looked-after, not like those sad hotel gyms with broken equipment that nobody bothers to fix.

The 9.1 rating really makes sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s one of those places that just works without any drama.   Exceptional property 90% of the time. VERY HARD to locate the parking spot for the first time. One of the electronically controlled blinds was not working but the owner fixed it the next day.
  
  What could be improved: The difficulty in locating the parking spot and access to the parking garage for the first time. I am not sure whether there is anything more the owners can do because it is the parking garage chaotic numbering system (or lack there of) for the parking spots of the entire complex that makes it hard for first timers.

  It was nice to make breakfast as there was a kettle and a coffee machine which was a bonus for my mum! The apartment was very safe and secure. We loved it! We will definitely be back! 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Finding the parking spot was stressful and hard. There were not really any signs to clearly display where to park. I had to get out of the car and look while mum waited in the car. This was the only negative! Everything else was great!

Because the layout is numbered crazy in the basements with no signage what so ever please ensure your number is clear and easy to read for your guests. Maybe put a logo or sign on your parking locker to stand out a little?

  Great location near the city. Modern apartment with all facilities. Excellent instructions and advice provided by the owners re local attractions. Easy access and private secure parking included. Very friendly and helpful owners.

  The location was convenient and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We only stayed for a night so didn’t use the downstairs area much but it was a very comfortable place to stay and has everything we needed. The host Harry was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The bonus was that we could use his Ev charging over night, much appreciated, will recommend to friends and come back in the future.

  Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Convenient location close to city and lake. Owners extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.
  
  What could be improved: I’m going to say the car park. It took forever (45 minutes) to find the car spot. The paint had faded and the numbers are not in sequence. I did follow instructions but because the number was faded I searched the whole car park.
