  The unit was secure and handy to everywhere in the cbd.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe the owner could get a new vacuum cleaner. The one in the unit didn't work very well. The heating and security was great. I liked that I was close to Ci ic and Braddon.

  Clean spacious and in a great location. Good communication and easy to follow instructions for checking in and out.

  The apartment is in a great location, close to the city centre and was clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in was very messy. We were on our way when we received a call to check we had the check in details, during the call it became apparent that the place we were staying was not the same as the one advertised. In the end this wasn't a problem; the apartment was closer to the city, however, it would have been less stressful if this had been made clear beforehand. The staff member then called back later to double-check we had the correct details.

  What could be improved: I couldn't initially access the instructions for getting into the apartment, which led to a little panic as I was boarding the plane. Luckily, this was resolved before I reached the building.

  We had a nice holiday, 2 adults + 2 children (8 and 6 years old), easy walking distance to shops and cafes… apartment clean, beds comfortable. Would stay there again.
