  The location is perfect. Easy to walk to everything, no need for a car. The unit is spacious and has everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: The check-out process is silly, time consuming and you have to pay to park your car once you've moved it from the parking garage. Since the key remote is needed to access the parking levels, I don't understand why you don't have the guest put the key back in the key safe where it is picked up from. Leaving the key in the room safe causes a lot of problems for the guest.

  The location is great – very close walking distance to the NMA, central shops and restaurants and other attractions. The building security is very reassuring and the secure parking was included in the price- valuable in this part of Canberra. The apartment is very clean with all kitchen and bathroom needs well supplied. Communication with the host was easy and efficient – the instructions, including a short video, were clear and easy to follow. An added bonus is the terrific 10/10 cafe downstairs -they serve a great breakfast! I will rebook for future trips to Canberra.
