Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Perfectly Located 1BR BA Apartment – Hosted by Canstay, I rolled my eyes a little. I mean, everyone claims to be “perfectly located,” right? But you know what? They’re actually not wrong here, and that’s coming from someone who’s pretty picky about where I stay.

The thing that struck me right away was how this place feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental property. The one-bedroom setup is smartly laid out – not huge, but everything has its place, and honestly, that matters when you’re living out of a suitcase for a few days. The bathroom is compact but functional, with decent water pressure (always my first test in any place). What I really appreciated was the attention to small details – proper blackout curtains that actually block light, outlets where you need them, and a kitchen area that’s set up like someone who cooks actually organized it. The Canstay hosts clearly know what travelers need because there were little touches I didn’t expect, like local coffee in the cupboard and extra phone chargers.

The location thing they brag about in the name? Well, it’s legit. You’re within walking distance of the kind of spots that make a trip memorable – not just the obvious tourist stuff, but the places where you can grab a decent breakfast without fighting crowds or find a quiet corner to decompress after a long day of exploring. I found myself using rideshares way less than usual because so much was actually accessible on foot. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you see locals going about their day, which I always prefer to those touristy bubbles. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which saved me from that daily stress of circling blocks looking for a spot. The building itself is quiet enough that street noise doesn’t really penetrate, but you’re not so isolated that you feel disconnected from the energy of the area. Check-in was smooth through their system – no awkward key exchanges or waiting around for someone to show up. With an 8.9 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who found this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.

  So well located in Canberra city, parking was provided which is a major plus when city holidaying. Easy walk to restaurants and major shopping centre. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable and we literally wanted for nothing during our stay. Short drive, or catch public transport virtually at the door, to most major city venues & attractions.

  Amazing view and so close to the shopping center.
  Kitchen has everything you need.
  The bed is very comfortable and so is the lounge.
  The tv has an xbox and you can get all you're online streaming.
  The free car parking was amazing, saved so much money.
  The view having breakfast, just perfect.
  Would definitely book again.

  The apartment itself was very comfortable, very well equipped and in a great location. We really liked it.
  
  What could be improved: The instructions for the keys were useful and detailed, however were a little out of date. We were unable to complete one task on checkout, and were unable to contact Canstay to discuss. The email and text messaging system did not work, and while we left a message on the number provided, no-one returned our call. The garage fobs did not work well – and we were unable to advise anyone of this to ensure future guests were not disadvantaged.
