The bedroom actually feels like a proper bedroom, not some cramped afterthought, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The kitchen situation is solid too – I mean, you’re not going to host a dinner party, but I made coffee every morning and even managed a decent pasta dinner one night. The whole unit has this clean, uncluttered feel that somehow manages to be cozy without feeling cluttered. Parking was straightforward (which, let’s be real, matters more than we’d like to admit), and the check-in process was refreshingly simple. Actually, the whole CanStay experience felt more personal than those big hotel chains – you know they actually care about the details rather than just processing you through the system. The 9.7 rating makes complete sense once you’re there; it’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, without any of those little annoyances that can derail a trip.

  Very clean, good location for public transport and local shopping centre (restaurants, bakery and IGA)
  Quick response to queries.
  Kitchen equipment was adequate but the addition of a coffee presse would be extremely helpful and not expensive to supply for those guests who don't drink instant coffee but happy to supply own ground coffee.
  Access and exiting information needs to be specific for unit at the back of property. Information with key and lockbox appeared to relate to unit at front of property.
  But all in all an excellent place to stay for 5 days.

  The location was excellent for me as it was 5 minutes away from the family I was visiting. Secure entry and car parking.
  Modern, nicely renovated unit, inviting, clean, bright and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and everything worked as it should.
