The bathroom’s nothing fancy, but it’s spacious enough that you’re not bumping elbows, and the water pressure – well, let’s just say I’ve stayed in much more expensive places with far more disappointing showers.

The location really grew on me too, especially once I figured out the local rhythm. You’re not right in the thick of tourist central, which means you get to see how people actually live here rather than just the polished bits they show visitors. There are these great little spots within walking distance that locals actually use – the kind of cafes and shops where you start recognizing faces after a few days. Parking was straightforward, which honestly saved me a lot of stress since I was driving around quite a bit during my stay. The whole experience just felt genuine, you know? Like staying at a friend’s place rather than being processed through another generic accommodation.   Nice accomodation had everything we needed, beds comfy and easy access to canberra and ANU which was reason for our stay, have booked similar accomodation for stay in easter.
  
  What could be improved: while it was easy to find key collection place, parking to pick up key in peak hour was horrendous. a better pick up location that has better parking would be beneficial, otherwise accommodation was fantastic

  Just a minor detail – you may need to get the bathroom fan checked out. It randomly came on even when the switch was off and stayed on for several hours (was a bit distracting when it stayed on all night a couple of nights).

  Great communication for collection of keys, how to enter building and where the parking for this unit was. Easy access in and out each time. New unit that has been well maintained. No issues with anything. Great to be able to cook for ourselves. Everything was there that was required. Just need a tray for the oven to be added.
