There’s something about having these amenities right there that just makes you feel more relaxed, you know? No crowded hotel pools or waiting in line for equipment.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re right in the city. The upstairs bedrooms are surprisingly well-insulated – I’m usually a light sleeper, but I slept through the night every time. The whole place has this residential vibe that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re just staying at a friend’s place. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly saved me so much stress. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM since they seem to use that time for thorough cleaning between guests. The rating of 8.0 makes total sense – it’s not luxury level, but everything works well and feels thoughtfully put together. If you’re the type who likes having space to spread out and prefers a home-away-from-home feel over traditional hotel service, this place will definitely hit the spot.

  Logement confortable, équipé de tout ce qu'il faut. L'accès à la piscine, salle de gym et sauna est un vrai plus ! à 10 minutes à pieds de l'ANU. 20 min à pieds du centre ville avec restaurants, supermarché et centre commercial. Quartier très calme.
  
  What could be improved: Il pourrait être utile d'avoir des explications sur l'interphone : on ne sait pas à quel numéro sonner en bas de l'immeuble ni comment ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble depuis l'appartement.

  What could be improved: I have left a charge in the property and have immediately contacted MadeComfy team a few times to retrieve the charger. I have even provided photo where I left it. Waited for 2 weeks and multiple follow up but still not able to confirm. I am rather disappointed that the property management team and their lack of care on this matter. Hope that the matter can be sorted soon.

  The location was ideal for doing the things that we wanted to do. All we really needed was a place for 3 adults to sleep and this was ideal.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of stairs to lug luggage up! Rubbish in bathroom hadn't been emptied before we arrived. We didn't use stove top but it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Seating showing signs of ageing.
