I stayed during a pretty busy period in the parliamentary calendar, and while other places in the area felt a bit frantic, this spot maintained its calm. The noise levels were impressively manageable considering how central everything is. Look, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but sometimes you just want a place that does hospitality well without the fuss – somewhere you can actually relax after spending the day exploring the galleries or getting lost in the parliamentary debates.   Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Great balcony looking out over the lake morning or evening. Easy accessibility to foreshore restaurants and Cafes with great coffee. Car parking underneath, easy to find. Close to old Kingston shops.

  The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. This apartment has two bedrooms and a study, lots of space. It's comfortable and clean.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed for 4 nights at this apartment. There's only one bath towel for each person for the duration, no spares. One small tube of shampoo, one small tube of show gel and one soap in each bathroom for us to share. It would be good if they had supplied a bit more. After two nights stay, the fridge stopped working. So we couldn't have any cold drinks or fruits for the rest of the stay, and these days were all over 30 degrees.
