The apartment sits right in the thick of Braddon, and I mean properly in the heart of it. You’re literally walking distance to Lonsdale Street’s café strip, which honestly saved my mornings more than once. The building itself has this sleek, modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile – there’s character to it. What really got me was stepping into the actual unit. It’s genuinely luxurious without being over the top, you know? The finishes are spot-on, everything feels quality, and there’s this attention to detail that makes you think someone actually lives in these spaces rather than just renting them out.

But here’s the thing that sold me – that Level 7 situation they mention isn’t just marketing fluff. The pool area up there actually has decent views, and I found myself hanging out there way more than I expected. The sauna‘s legit too, not one of those tiny afterthought ones. I mean, after walking around Canberra all day (and let’s face it, there’s more walking involved than you think), having a proper sauna to decompress in was pretty perfect. The gym’s basic but functional – nothing fancy, just the essentials if you want to squeeze in a quick workout. The secure parking is clutch too, especially in Braddon where street parking can be a bit of a gamble during busy periods.

What I really appreciated was how everything just worked seamlessly. The wifi actually delivered on speed, the wine selection waiting in the apartment was a nice touch (and decent quality, not just cheap bottles), and honestly, the whole check-in process was smoother than most hotels I’ve dealt with. I stayed during a pretty busy weekend and never had noise issues, which says something about the building’s construction. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can swing it.

  The apartment is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay. It really has everything you need. The location is fantastic for restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool, sauna and balcony are a nice addition. Great shower and a really comfy bed. Absolutely loved my stay.

  Excellent location. In the centre of the action but not noisy. The unit is well stocked in terms of crockery, condiments and cleaning products. Good Wifi and 2 smart TV’s for BYO streaming. The host is super responsive. Highly recommended.

  Stayed with my family for 3 nights and the location and the Braddon area was amazing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. My daughters loved the pool and partner and I loved using the sauna and being walking distance to cafes, shops and city centre. Communication with the host was exceptional and instructions left were very clear. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Canberra again.
